Working closely with Waukesha Electric Systems, Measurements International commissioned a 2000A, 100kV Loss Measurement System designed for power frequency testing and measurement of full load and no load losses in medium and large power transformers.
With The AccuLoss™ System, Waukesha Electric has a fully automated system providing the highest accuracy available in the world today. In addition, the AccuLoss™ System is completely automatic and requires no manual intervention during operation, updates every one second and can follow the supply output as the voltage and current are applied to the transformer under test.
Designed and engineered utilizing proven "Blue Box" technology to accurately measure power losses, MI has provided Waukesha Electric Systems with systems and components to meet the increasing demands of the electric utility industry.
