The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for maintaining and updating this manual. Each organizational head is accountable for ensuring that all Quality Systems and Procedures are followed. The Quality Assurance Manager is also responsible for providing Quality Training Sessions for all employees to ensure the understanding, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Policy. The Quality Assurance Manager keeps all records of Training. Quality Policy is posted throughout the Company.
